Your brief stays a brief

This notice explains how Iryna Kotelnytska uses information submitted through the collaboration form. It applies to portfolio and UGC inquiries, not to a newsletter or automated marketing program.

Last updated July 18, 2026.

Information collected

The form stores the details you provide: name, email, brand, website or social profile, campaign goal, requested deliverables, timeline, usage rights, budget range, shipping details, notes, and your consent to be contacted. Basic request data may also be processed temporarily to prevent spam and protect the editor.

Why it is used

The information is used only to assess the inquiry, reply with package options or questions, plan a potential collaboration, keep a record of the conversation, and protect the site from abuse. It is not sold and is not used to subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel and brief records are stored in a secured Neon database. A configured email, Telegram, or webhook provider may receive a copy so Iryna can respond promptly. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the site, store the brief, or send the notification.

Retention and your choices

Briefs are generally kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless an active collaboration or legal, tax, or business record requirement needs a longer period. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your brief, or withdraw consent to further contact. Archived records can be permanently deleted from the protected owner inbox.

Contact
